Richmond, Virginia: John Wingfield, principal of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease with Crusader Rent-to-Own of Virginia for 5,250 square feet of retail space in the Divaris–leased-and-managed East Towne Plaza, located at 2821 Williamsburg Road in Richmond, Va.
Crusader Rent-to-Own offers name brand products such as appliances, electronics, furniture and computers. Crusader began as a Cash Advance chain and in November 2002, they opened their first Rent-To-Own Store. In the past five years they have opened 21 Rent-To-Own stores. Crusader joins Food Lion, Advance Auto Parts and Jackson Hewitt in East Towne Plaza.
The landlord, Peck-East Towne, LLC was represented in the lease negotiations by Mollie Willey and Sara Goodall, retail leasing associates in the Richmond, Va office of DRE.
