Divaris Brings Peter Chang’s Bistro to Landstown Commons

Virginia Beach, Virginia:  Gerald S. Divaris, chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease for 6,030 square feet of space at Landstown Commons, located at 3364 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Melinda Pezzella and Levi Thomson of the Virginia Beach office of DRE represented the landlord, Inland Diversified Real Estate, in the lease negotiations.

This will be the sixth location for Peter Chang’s Chinese Bistro, and will serve as a main hub to launch smaller concepts around the area. Peter Chang was a master chef in China and came to the U.S. more than ten years ago to work for the Chinese Embassy. The restaurant specializes in traditional Sichuan cooking and joins Best Buy, Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross and PetsMart in the Divaris-leased shopping center.
