Virginia Beach, Virginia: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease for retail space in Divaris-leased 440 Granby Street. Eric Bucklew, vice president of the Virginia Beach office of DRE, represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Platinum Palace signed a lease for 2,000 square feet of first-floor retail space in which to operate a hair salon. The property, 440 Granby Street, is a three-story, mixed-use building on bustling Granby Street in Norfolk’s downtown. The property is surrounded by many area attractions, world-class shopping, museums, hotels, Class A office space, several condo and apartment properties, and the region’s premier dining and nightlife scene.
