Divaris Completes Retail Leases For 21,500 SF in Richmond

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and chief executive officer of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the completion of two leases for retail space in Richmond, Virginia.

Super Dollar Discount Foods signed a lease for 20,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Salvage Barn Shopping Center located at 5240 Hull Street Road in Richmond.  Super Dollar operates 11 stores in Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia.  The supermarket joins existing tenants Mi Casita Restaurant and China Dragon in the neighborhood shopping center. The landlord, F&A Investments, LLC, was represented in the lease negotiations by Read Goode and Cheryle Toy of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate.

Dunkin Donuts leased 1,500 square feet of outparcel space in the Stratford Hills Shopping Center on Forest Hill Avenue in Richmond. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the tenant by Brett McNamee and Sara Goodall of DRE’s Richmond office. The Canton, Massachusetts-based company has more than 11,000 restaurants in 33 countries worldwide. It joins Food Lion and CVS in the grocery-anchored shopping center.
