TYSONS CORNER, VIRGINIA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of two leases totaling 10,572 square feet of retail space in Maryland. Negotiations were handled through the Tysons Corner, Virginia office of DRE.
The Furniture Hub leased 7,372 square feet of retail space in St. Charles Towne Centre located at 11110 Mall Circle in Waldorf, Md. The moderately-priced furniture retailer has been doing business in the region for over ten years with two concepts, one for malls and the other for strip shopping centers. DRE’s Susan McGee represented the tenant in the lease negotiations with the landlord, Charles Mall Company Limited Partnership. Other tenants in St. Charles Towne Centre include: AMC Theaters, Bath & Body Works, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, H&M, Kay Jewelers, Kohl’s, Macy’s, Old Navy and Sephora.
Gold Standard Catering leased 3,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Randolph Hills Shopping Center located at 4840 Boiling Brook Parkway in Rockville, Maryland. The premier boutique caterer serving the greater Washington metro area joins Goodwill Industries, Moti’s Market, Friends of the Library and Kids First Swim in Randolph Hills Shopping Center. McGee represented the landlord, Randolph Properties Limited Partnership, in the lease negotiations.
