RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the sale of two properties totaling 9,869 square feet of office space located in Richmond.
Aspen Partners purchased The Historic Stark House, a 6,569-square-foot office building, located at 9 East Franklin Street in Richmond. The negotiations were handled on behalf of the seller, Magic LLC, by Brett McNamee of Divaris’ Richmond office. Aspen Partners provides alternative investment solutions to financial professionals seeking diversification opportunities for client portfolios. The property will be its new Richmond headquarters location.
Daniel E. Warren purchased a 3,300-square-foot building located at 80 La Brook Concourse in Richmond. The negotiations were handled on behalf of the seller, Jeffrey S. Finn, by John Madures of the DRE Richmond office. The buyer will use the investment property as a mechanical repair shop for industrial equipment.
