(DRE), announced the signing of a lease with Mission Hospital, Inc., for 10,752 square feet at 275 McDowell Street in Asheville, NC. The transaction was handled on behalf of the landlord, Walgreens, by Diana Teitsma, Principal of the Charlottle office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc.
Mission Hospital is based in Asheville and is the state’s sixth largest health system. The new location is at the former Kerr Drug property, which is across the street from the Mission Hospital Memorial Campus.
