(DRE), announced the signing of a lease with Noodles for 2,600 square feet of restaurant space located at the DSW Plaza in Midlothian, VA. The lease was handled on behalf of the landlord, Schottenstein Management Company, by Brett McNamee, senior vice president, in the Richmond office of DRE.
Noodles is a national franchise that specializes in noodle dishes, sandwiches, salads and soups. Every dish is made to order with a “fresh food fast” concept. An outparcel building is being built for the tenant at DSW Plaza, which is located at the intersection of Huguenot and Alverser Roads. Other tenants include DSW, Value City Furniture, Office Depot and the Fresh Market.
