Joseph Farina of the DRE Washington D.C. regional office represented the tenant, Chicken Rico Waldorf, Inc., in the lease negotiations. Chicken Rico Waldorf, Inc. operating as Super Chicken, signed a lease for 3,436 square feet of space in the shopping center located at 3310 Crain Highway. The restaurant specializes in Peruvian-style chicken dishes and operates seven locations in the greater Washington D.C. area.
