Richmond, Virginia: Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of a lease for 8,450 square feet of retail space to MMA Institute in the Westlake Hills area of Richmond, Virginia. The lease was handled on behalf of the landlord, Food Lion, by John Wingfield and Diana Teitsma, Principals in the Richmond and Charlotte offices of Divaris Real Estate, respectively.
MMA Institute is Virginia’s largest mixed martial arts school. It serves the Richmond, Winchester, Charlottesville and Harrisonburg areas. The new school is located in a Food Lion anchored shopping center at 6415 Jahnke Road.
