Divaris Negotiates Sale of 361 Southport Circle in Virginia Beach

Virginia Beach, Virginia:  Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the sale of 361 Southport Circle in Virginia Beach, Va. to Continental Properties Corp. (CPC) for $2.06 million.  CPC will occupy the second floor of the 16,000-square-foot office building for its headquarter operations.  First floor space is available for lease.

Established in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1973, CPC has delivered more than 9 million square feet of investment grade commercial real estate facilities to corporations in 17 states.  These projects consist of office buildings, distribution facilities, manufacturing plants, R & D flex-space facilities and multi-tenant office warehouse properties.  Comprised of regional, national and international firms, CPC’s client list includes Federal Express, DHL, Owen and Minor, and Siemens.

Alex Divaris and Jason Oliver, of DRE’s Investment Sales Group, and Vice President Vivian Turok, of DRE’s Virginia Beach office, represented the seller, Kamarek Group I LLC.  Gregg Christoffersen, of Continental Realty Services, represented the buyer.
