The 90,505-square-foot center is tenanted by Dollar General, Fitness 19, AJ Gators, Chesapeake Wellness Center, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Plaza Azteca, Albano Cleaners and others. Leasing of Las Gaviotas is handled by George Fox and Kristopher Fuller.
Cypress Run is a Kroger shadow-anchored neighborhood center located at 13400 Benns Church Boulevard in Smithfield. The 25,000-square-foot property is comprised of three multi-tenant buildings. Tenants of Cypress Run include: Wells Fargo, Hometown Rentals, Tokyo & Thai, Jalapenos, Sal’s Pizza, Ultimate Tan, Hair Worx, Check Into Cash, XTC Nails and Best Cleaners. Leasing of Cypress Run is handled by George Fox and Kristopher Fuller. Fox and Fuller specialize in leasing grocery-anchored shopping centers for their landlords.
Northampton Executive Center is a six-story office building located at 1300 Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach. The 76,024-square-foot building is leased by Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell.
Village Commons is a medical office building located at 620 Village Drive in Virginia Beach’s Hilltop area. Leasing of the vacant spaces within the 12,528-square-foot building is being handled by Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell.
2125 McComas Way in Virginia Beach is a one-story office building. Leasing of the vacant spaces within the 10,000-square-foot building is being handled by Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell.
1789 and 1777 London Bridge Boulevard is a mixed-use retail and office center with tenants that include PMS Deli, TH Nails and Day Spa, Potts N’ Paints, E-n-E Photography and Moonlight Dance Studio. The two buildings are each two stories and 9,000 square feet, for a total of 18,000 square feet. Leasing of the vacant spaces are being handled by Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell.
