Divaris Real Estate Announces $10.2 Million and 93,090 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for September 2017

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of $10,201,930 in transactions totaling 93,090 square feet of commercial property in the Hampton Roads, Washington DC, Richmond, Charlotte and Roanoke markets in September 2017.

New Transactions

  • Gelati Celesti leased 9,251 square feet of office space at 1908 North Hamilton Street in Richmond, Va. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the tenant.
  • Village at Spotsylvania Towne Centre

    Village at Towne Centre

    Rush Hour Live Escape Games leased 8,461 square feet of retail space in the Village at Spotsylvania Towne Centre at 1 Towne Centre Drive in Fredericksburg, Va. Ali Newton, Brett McNamee and Sara Goodall represented the landlord.

  • The Genieve Shelter leased 4,200 square feet of space at 2480 Pruden Boulevard in Suffolk, Va. Missy Martinovich represented the landlord.
  • IRS Virginia, LLC leased 4,000 square feet of retail space at 7794 Marlboro Pike in Forestville, Maryland. Chris Saa represented the tenant.
  • JG Wentworth Home Lending leased 3,981 square feet of office space in Reflections III at 208 Golden Oak Court in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the tenant.
  • Three Daughters leased 3,625 square feet of retail space in Berkshire Shoppes at 1296 South Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake, Va. Kayla Olson and David Bickford represented the landlord.
  • Woodmere Law leased 3,562 square feet of office space in the Courthouse Green of Williamsburg at 4095 Ironbound Road in Williamsburg, Va. Karen Beale represented the landlord.
  • Title Boxing Club leased 3,024 square feet of retail space at 101 South Robinson Street in Richmond. Vick and Hall represented the tenant.

  • Ly’s Secret Beauty Supply and Brading Shop leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Church Road Plaza at 45665 Church Road in Sterling, Va. Rob Gray represented the landlord.
  • Complete Nutrition leased 1,100 square feet of retail space in Garfield Park at 925 North Garfield Street in Arlington, Va. Brandon Howard represented the tenant.

  • The Men’s Wearhouse renewed its lease for 6,302 square feet of retail space in Town Center of Virginia Beach at 4545 Virginia Beach Boulevard. Rorrer, Sezin Cortinas, and Gerald Divaris represented the landlord.
  • Two Columbus Center

    Two Columbus Center

    MOI, Inc. renewed its lease for 4,152 square feet of office space in Two Columbus Center at 4500 Main Street in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Michael Divaris and Vivian Turok represented the landlord while Costa and Katherine Olson represented the tenant.

  • Select Resource Group renewed its lease for 1,939 square feet of office space in Parkway 4 Building at 2697 International Parkway in Virginia Beach. Bendit represented the landlord.
  • China Wok renewed its lease for 1,700 square feet of retail space in Lynnhaven Green Shopping Center at 1505 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Bickford represented the landlord.
  • Towncenter Cold Pressed renewed its lease for 1,623 square feet of retail space in Town Center of Virginia Beach as well. Formed from a merger with Daily Grind and rebranding, Towncenter Cold Pressed is undergoing extensive renovation. Rorrer, Cortinas, and Gerald Divaris represented the landlord.
  • Little Caesar’s Pizza renewed its lease for 1,500 square feet of retail space in Broadmoor Plaza at 1143 East Ireland Road in South Bend, Indiana. Gerald Divaris represented the landlord.
  • Q-Design, P.L.C. renewed its lease for 918 square feet of office space in Building 77 at 3 Ruckman Road in Fort Monroe, Va. Elizabeth Napolitano and Chris Bendit represented the landlord.
