VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 32 transactions totaling $11,432,923 and 144,742 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property in the Hampton Roads and Richmond, Virginia; Charlotte, North Carolina and metropolitan Washington, DC markets in February 2019.

Sales Transactions

  • Hilltop Medical Center, Virginia Beach, VA

    Hilltop Medical Center, Virginia Beach, VA

    Hilltop Medical, LLC purchased the 18,000-square-foot Hilltop Medical Center at 1788 Republic Road in Virginia Beach from Republic Road, LC for $3.15 million. George Fox represented the buyer, while Jason Oliver and Vivian Turok represented the seller.

  • CKE III, LLC purchased three land parcels of 30,056 square feet at the corner of West Weaver and North Greensboro Streets in Carrboro, NC from North Carolina CVS Pharmacy, LLC for $903,000. Diana Teitsma represented the seller.

Lease Transactions

  • Trusted Health Plan leased 7,487 square feet of office space at 2300 Martin Luther King Jr Avenue, SE in Washington, DC. Joe Farina and Charlie Webb represented the tenant.
  • An international government contract consulting firm leased 6,503 square feet of office space in Mast One at 1040 University Boulevard in Portsmouth, Va. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant.
  • North American Wave Engine leased 6,000 square feet of office space in Hyattsville at 2775 Hamilton Street in Hyattsville, Md. Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the landlord.
  • Juicy Seafood leased 5,800 square feet of retail space in Victory Crossing at 4006 Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth, Va. George Fox represented the landlord.
  • The Nguyen Law Firm leased 5,780 square feet of office space in Libbie Law Center at 2201 Libbie Avenue in Richmond. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the landlord.

  • Relax the Feet leased 1,800 square feet of retail space in Fairfield Shopping Center at 5242 Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. George Fox and Kristopher Fuller represented the landlord.
  • Domoishi leased 1,700 square feet of retail space in Kemps River Center at 5394 Kemps River Drive in Virginia Beach. Domoishi also leased 1,400 square feet of retail space at 6215 College Drive in Suffolk, Va; and 1,100 square feet of retail space in Buckner Retail Center at 3545 Buckner Boulevard in Virginia Beach.   • Avis Budget Car Rental leased 1,527 square feet of retail space in the Bridgestone Retail Operations building at 140 Hanes Mall Circle in Winston-Salem, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord.
  • SOS Security of Virginia leased 1,519 square feet of office space in the St. Paul building at 2819 North Parham Road in Richmond. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the landlord.

  • Holy Chic Companies leased 773 square feet of retail space in Manchester Pie Factory at 612 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Laikyn Severson represented the tenant.
  • Chasmine Bridges and Shaketa Draughn leased 700 square feet of office space at 4121 Meadowdale Boulevard in Richmond. John Madures represented both the tenant and the landlord.
  • Pro-Builders RVA leased 495 square feet of office space in the 360 West Shopping Center office building at 7206 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Sara Goodall and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord.

  • Transportes Zuleta renewed its lease for 20,376 square feet of retail space in Riggs Plaza at 5803 Eastern Avenue in Hyattsville, Maryland. Joe Farina represented the landlord.
  • Chesapeake Bay Management renewed its lease for 6,043 square feet of office space in the Union Bank Building at 603 Pilot House Drive in Newport News, Va. Karen Beale, SIOR, represented the landlord.
  • PNC Bank renewed its lease for 3,600 square feet of retail space in Newark Shopping Center at 201 Newark Shopping Center in Newark, Delaware. Joe Farina and Chris Saa represented the landlord.
  • Omni Financial renewed its lease and expanded its space for a total of 2,190 square feet of retail space in West Little Creek Shoppes at 129-143 West Little Creek Road in Norfolk. George Fox and Kristopher Fuller represented the landlord.
