VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 34 transactions totaling $16,186,910 and 171,511 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property in the Hampton Roads, Richmond, Charlotte, and Washington, DC markets in May 2018.

Sales Transactions

1361 Wisconsin NW, Washington, DC

  • LRS Holdings, LLC, DC purchased 1,300 square feet of retail space at 1361 Wisconsin Avenue NW in Washington DC’s Georgetown from Avi and Yaron Mizrahi for $1,200,000. Rob Gray represented the seller.
  • Benchmark Property purchased a 7,200-square-foot office/warehouse property at 8650 Brook Road in Glen Allen, Virginia, from RMBT Partnership for $510,000. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the buyer.
  • NAHIL, LLC purchased a 7,800-square-foot office/warehouse property on .82 acres at 2614 Lancelot Avenue in Richmond from Fred T. Barber for $337,500. John Madures represented the buyer.
  • Price Cutter Liquidators purchased 6,912 square feet of office space at 11742 Somerset Avenue in Princess Anne, Maryland, from PNC Bank, NA for $92,500. Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller.
  • Halal Food Council U.S.A., Inc. purchased 5,224 square feet of office space at 11738 Somerset Avenue in Princess Anne, MD from PNC Bank, NA for $82,500. Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the seller.

  • The Coast Guard Exchange has leased the system’s second, off-base 55,138-square-foot superstore in the Centre Ridge Marketplace at 6335 Multiplex Drive in Centreville, Virginia. Joe Farina and Gerald Divaris represented The Coast Guard Exchange.
  • CodeRVA Regional High School leased 9,239 square feet of office space at 1405 Cummings Drive in Richmond. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the tenant.
  • Rancho Latino Market leased 4,557 square feet of retail space in 360 West Shopping Center at 7114 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Sara Goodall represented the landlord.
  • Best Choice Roofing leased 2,670 square feet of office/warehouse space at 425 Southlake Boulevard in Richmond. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the tenant.
  • Southern Taste Diner leased 2,625 square feet of retail space in Oxbridge Square Shopping Center at 9951 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Cheryle Toy, Sara Goodall and Read Goode represented the landlord.

  • The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company renewed its lease for 7,510 square feet of retail space at 4535 Silver Hill Road in Suitland, Md. Rob Gray represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
  • LifeWay Christian Stores renewed its lease for 5,200 square feet of retail space in Commonwealth Plaza at 5211 Commonwealth Centre Parkway in Midlothian, Va. Ali McCrickard and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord.
  • Panera Bread renewed its lease for 4,771 square feet of retail space in Wendover Village at 4205 West Wendover Avenue in Greensboro, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord.
