Divaris Real Estate Announces $19 Million and 120,050 Square Feet in Completed Transactions for September 2019

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 35 transactions totaling $19,167,359 and 120,050 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial property throughout Virginia; North and South Carolina and metropolitan Washington, DC markets in September 2019.

Sales Transactions

  • 3303 Airline Blvd. in Portsmouth is sold for $1.5 Million

    Bbgrealestate Hampton Roads, LLC purchased a 30,000-square-foot single-story building in Airline Business Park at 3303 Airline Blvd. in Portsmouth, Va from Commercial Building Associates for $1.5 million.  Levi Thomson represented the buyer.

  • Nahill, LLC purchased a 4,230-square-foot office building at 314 Exchange Alley in Petersburg, Va. from Gilery W. and Carolyn Entzminger for $280,000.  John Madures represented the buyer.
  • Hook Properties, LLC purchased a 3,000-square-foot warehouse at 3000 West Clay St. in Richmond from Three Thousand West Clay Street, LLC for $750,000.  Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer.
  • Phoebus Group 2 LLC purchased .04 acres of land at 5 East Mellen St. in Hampton, Va from William and Ginger Spallina for $17,900.  Missy Martinovich represented both the seller and the buyer.

  • Tesla leased 9,580 square feet of retail space at 573 Central Drive in Virginia Beach.   Levi Thomson represented the tenant.
  • Alo Vietnam leased 4,228 square feet of retail space in The Mark at Dulles Station at 2321 Dulles Station Blvd. in Herndon, Va.   Brandon Howard represented the landlord.
  • Presidential Bank leased 3,812 square feet of retail space at 8150 Leesburg Pike in Vienna, Va.   Joseph Farina and Christopher Saa represented the landlord.
  • Taylor Cole Holdings leased 2,300 square feet of office space in Cross Creek Commons at 45150 Russell Branch Parkway in Ashburn, Va.  Joseph Farina and Amit Grover represented the landlord.
  • Tasty Bites leased 3,200 square feet of retail space in Randolph Hills Shopping Center at 4830 Boiling Brook Parkway in Rockville, Maryland.   Susan McGee represented the landlord.
  • Chicago Pizza with a Twist leased 2,800 square feet of retail space at 3050 Derita Road in Concord, NC.  Charles Neil represented the tenant.
  • Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of NC leased 2,530 square feet of office space in the Waterfront Plaza at 4401 Waterfront Drive in Glen Allen, Va.  The Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate represented the tenant.
  • Basil Mediterranean Bistro leased 2,525 square feet of retail space in 5th Street Station at 355 Merchant Walk Square in Charlottesville, Va.  Erica Rorrer, Lawrence Agnew, Mary McGovern and Zachary Means represented the landlord.
  • Firehouse Subs leased 2,423 square feet of retail space in Harbour View East at 6255 College Drive in Suffolk, Va.   Levi Thomson and David Redmond represented the tenant.

  • Foundation Fitness of Georgetown leased 2,253 square feet of office space at 5185 MacArthur Blvd., N.W. in Washington, D.C.   Brandon Howard and Charlie Webb represented the tenant.
  • Scratch Bakery leased 2,250 square feet of retail space on the first floor at 19 East Mellen St. in Hampton, Va.  Missy Martinovich represented the landlord.
  • Domoishi leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in the Shops at the Arboretum at 9101 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, Va.  Aeri Jai represented the tenant.
  • Hope Fellowship Church leased 1,960 square feet of office space in Cross Creek Commons at 45150 Russell Branch Parkway in Ashburn, Va.   Joseph Farina and Amit Grover represented the landlord.
  • Midori Sushi & Hibachi leased 1,870 square feet of retail space in Renaissance Square at 11124 Renaissance Drive in Davidson, NC.  Charles Neil represented the landlord.

  • NYC Pizza and Subs leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in Randolph Hills Shopping Center at 4836 Boiling Brook Parkway in Rockville, Md.   Susan McGee represented the landlord
  • Mane Life Salon leased 1,400 square feet of retail space in Victory Center at 190 Arthur Way in Newport News, Va.  George Fox and Kristopher Fuller represented the landlord.
  • AccuPoint Diagnostics leased 1,071 square feet of office space at 1001 Scenic Parkway in Chesapeake.  Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant.
  • D&S Multiservices leased 1,038 square feet of retail space in Meadowbrook Shopping Center at 5742 Hopkins Road in Richmond.  The Richmond office of Divaris represented the landlord.
  • BRANOpac USA leased 1,015 square feet of office space at 5300 Hickory Park Drive in Glen Allen.   Laikyn Severson represented the landlord.
  • Foxtail Winery leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at 15 East Mellen St. in Hampton.  Missy Martinovich represented the landlord.
  • O’s Donuts leased 1,000 square feet of retail space in the 21st Street Pavilion at 222 West 21st St. in Norfolk, Va.   Missy Martinovich represented the landlord.
  • The Peninsula Center for Independent Living leased 800 square feet of retail space in York River Crossing at 2353 York Crossing Drive in Hayes, Va.  Aeri Jai and Mary McGovern represented the landlord.

  • Lane Bryant renewed its lease for 7,000 square feet of retail space in Parkridge Shopping Center at 10944 Bulloch Drive in Manassas, Va.   Gerald Divaris and Joseph Farina represented the landlord.
  • Hibbett Sporting Goods renewed its lease for 5,200 square feet of retail space in North Hampton Market at 6021 Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors, SC.  Diana Teitsma and Charles Neil represented the landlord.
  • Just Floored renewed its lease for 6,989 square feet of office space in Fort Monroe, Building 261 at 363 Fenwick Road in Fort Monroe, Va.  Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord.
  • Macho Burro renewed its lease for 2,739 square feet of retail space in Stone House Square at 12806 Shank Farm Way in Hagerstown, Maryland.   Susan McGee represented the landlord.
  • Golden Agri-Resources USA relocated and expanded its lease by 462 square feet to a total of 2,174 square feet of office space in Two Columbus Center at 4500 Main Street in the Town Center of Virginia Beach.  The company leased premises in One Columbus Center previously.  Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord.
  • Senator Tim Kaine renewed his lease for 1,120 square feet of retail space in the Armada Hoffler Tower at 222 Central Park Avenue in the Town Center of Virginia Beach.   Erica Rorrer, Gerald Divaris and Sezin Cortinas represented the landlord.
  • Edward D. Jones & Co. renewed its lease for 900 square feet of retail space in Renaissance Square at 11098 Renaissance Drive in Davidson, NC.  Charles Neil represented the landlord.
