Virginia Beach, Virginia: Michael B. Divaris, President of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of two office leases with Dermalogica for a combined 6,424 square feet of office space in Texas and Georgia. The leases were handled on behalf of the tenant by their exclusive national representatives, Michael Divaris, Krista Costa and Vivian Turok in the Virginia Beach Office of Divaris Real Estate.
Dermalogica renewed their lease for 3,924 square feet of office space at Quorum Place, located at 14901 Quorum Drive in Addison, Texas. This location is home to their International Dermal Institute. Divaris also represented the tenant on a new 2,500 square foot lease at Atlantic Station in Atlanta, Georgia. This location will accommodate the Dermal Learning Center, a new office/retail hybrid concept that Dermalogica is introducing in select markets, nationwide.
