John Knibb, Partner in charge of Divaris Real Estate’s Chesapeake office recently brokered the sale to Bon Secours for the building of an upscale medical office park. Bon Secours has combined forces with Brinkman, MDC in the development of this complex which will include a women’s diagnostic center and a facility for physician specialists practicing in the field of cardiology, OB/GYN and plastic surgery.
Knibb assisted the owners of the 200-acre property, called Brenneman Farm, in re-master-planning and developing the infrastructure for this property. Divaris Real Estate exclusively represents the owners of the office and commercial land.
