CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of five lease transactions totaling 32,074 square feet of new and renewed retail space in North Carolina.

Lease Renewals

DSW Shoe Warehouse renewed its lease for 25,119 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Patterson Place located at 3615 Witherspoon Blvd. in Durham, NC. Diana Teitsma and Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Patterson Place include One Main Financial, F45 Training, Panera Bread, Park’s Barber Shop and Salon Centric Nail Spa.

GameStop renewed its lease for 2,100 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed South Square located at 3415 Westgate Drive in Durham, NC. Charles Neil and Diana Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the shopping center include Target, Ross Dress for Less, Merle Norman, Office Depot, Wells Fargo, Great Clips and Mattress Warehouse.

Sunny’s Dry Cleaning renewed its lease for 1,635 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Providence Plaza located at 2935 Providence Road in Charlotte. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Providence Plaza include Metropolitan Ballroom, Ballantyne Nail Spa, The Little Gym, Fresh Chef Kitchen, Pink Hanger Boutique and Secret Chocolatier.

Truliant Federal Credit Union renewed a lease for an Automated Teller Machine in the Divaris-leased and -managed Wendover Village located at 4217 West Wendover Avenue in Greensboro, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Harris Teeter leased retail space for a fuel center in the Divaris-leased and -managed Alexander Pointe located at 850 Jake Alexander Blvd, in Salisbury, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the shopping center include Jersey Mike’s Subs, Great Clips and Farrington Family Medical.
