CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of two lease transactions totaling 32,026 square feet of new and renewed retail space in North Carolina.
Ross Dress For Less renewed its lease for 30,187 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed South Square located at 4001 Durham Chapel Hill Boulevard in Durham, NC. Diana Teitsma and Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Target and Sam’s anchored shopping center include: Petco, Office Depot, Wells Fargo, Firestone and Mattress Warehouse.
The Good Book Company leased 1,839 square feet of retail space in The Colonnade located at 1805 Sardis Road North in Charlotte. Charles Neil represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
