CKE III, LLC purchased three land parcels of 30,056 square feet located at the corner of West Weaver Street and North Greensboro Street in Carrboro, NC from North Carolina CVS Pharmacy, LLC for $903,000. Diana Teitsma represented the seller in the negotiations.
Avis Budget Car Rental leased 1,527 square feet of retail space in the Bridgestone Retail Operations building located at 140 Hanes Mall Circle in Winston-Salem, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
