VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (November 20, 2019) — Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 11 transactions totaling 26,480 square feet of leased commercial space throughout Hampton Roads.

Lease Transactions

O’Reilly Auto leased 7,475 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased property located at 5133 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Erica Rorrer and Jason Oliver represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The property was occupied previously by Mattress Firm.

Zero Point leased 4,110 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property located at 2125 McComas Way in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Hancock, Daniel, Johnson & Nagle, PC renewed its lease for 3,929 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed One Columbus Center located at 283 Constitution Drive in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Drake Software subleased 3,590 square feet of office space in Southport Circle located at 361 Southport Circle in Virginia Beach from Prosper Insurance. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the subtenant while Vivian Turok and Jason Oliver represented the sublessor in the lease negotiations. Prosper Insurance expanded its Virginia Beach headquarters and moved to Sabre IV office building in the Lynnhaven submarket.

Domoishi leased 1,545 square feet of retail space in Suffolk Plaza Shopping Center located at 810-1018 North Main St. in Suffolk, Va. Aeri Jai represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Domoishi has 14 signed locations as of today and four more expected by the end of the year. Aeri Jai is master broker for Domoishi throughout the country.

Tao Feet Spa leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Lynnhaven Square located at 2077-2085 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, Va. George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Lynnhaven Square include: Chanello’s Pizza, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Virginia ABC store, Hair Cuttery, UPS Store and Coastal Vision.

America’s Best Wings leased 1,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Ahoskie Commons located at 1474 East Memorial Drive in Ahoskie, NC. George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored Ahoskie Commons include Belk, Tractor Supply Co., Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Subway, Cato Fashions, Enterprise, H&R Block and Hwy 55 Burgers.

70 East Tobacco leased 960 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Haygood Shopping Center located at 1025 Independence Blvd., in Virginia Beach. George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Harris Teeter- and Marshalls-anchored Haygood Shopping Center include Dollar Tree, Rite Aid, GNC, Great Clips, Anytime Fitness, Papa John’s, Tropical Smoothie, Hair Cuttery and Chick-Fil-A.

The Counseling Collaborative leased 920 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Little Neck Office Park’s 3300 Building located at 397 Little Neck Road in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

in8 Chiropractic leased 882 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Haygood Shopping Center located at 1025 Independence Blvd., in Virginia Beach. George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Reliance Medical Transport leased 169 square feet of retail space located at 29 South Mallory St. in Hampton, Va. Missy Martinovich represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
