Divaris Real Estate’s Hampton Roads Office Completes 12 Transactions Totaling 49,282 Square Feet

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 12 transactions totaling 49,282 square feet of sold, new and renewed commercial space throughout the greater Hampton Roads market.

Sale Transaction

3336 Holland Road, Virginia Beach, VA

PMG Investors, LLC purchased one acre of land located at 3336 Holland Road in Virginia Beach from Daniel E. Poston for $982,800. David Redmond brokered the deal on behalf of the seller. The land includes a 2,107-square-foot commercial building occupied by a pre-owned auto dealership.

Lease Transactions

Prosper Insurance Group leased 17,396 square feet of office space in the Sabre IV office building located at 2929 Sabre Street in Virginia Beach. Jason Oliver and Vivian Turok represented the tenant in the transaction. This lease represents the expansion of Prosper Insurance’s Virginia Beach-based headquarters. The firm currently occupies 6,000 square feet at 361 Southport Circle. The move should be complete by February 1, 2019. Prosper Insurance plans to expand its workforce of 43 full-time employees by 75 additional new jobs in the next three years.

SIS, Inc. leased 11,208 square feet of office space in Oceana Place located at 448 Viking Drive in Virginia Beach. Elizabeth Paasch represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Jones Sign Co. leased 2,859 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Lynnhaven Corporate Center II building located at 760 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Community Counseling Resources leased 2,691 square feet and Loyalty, LLC leased 2,160 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Windwood Centre located at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Tidewater Periodontics leased 1,904 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Kempsville Road Office building locates at 1444-1450 Kempsville Road in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Lease Renewals

PrimeLending renewed its lease for 3,212 square feet, Ntrust Wealth Management renewed its lease for 1,840 square feet and Price, Perkins & Larkin renewed its lease for 1,809 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Windwood Centre located at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Vivian Turok and Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Community Oncology Associates renewed its lease for 3,018 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Lynnhaven Corporate Center II building located at 760 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Elizabeth Paasch represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

A to Z Family Foot Care renewed its lease for 1,185 square feet of office space in in the Divaris-leased Liberty Commons located at 12695 McManus Boulevard in Newport News, Va. Karen Beale, SIOR represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Tenants in Liberty Commons include: TPMG, Clinical Associates, and Anne Arundel Dermatology.
