Lease Transactions
Herdt Consulting leased 60,262 square feet of industrial space in Airport Industrial Center II located at 5909 Thurston Avenue in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
DaVita leased 10,908 square feet of freestanding retail space in the Divaris-leased former Rite Aid located at 3110 High St. in Portsmouth, Va. Levi Thomson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. DaVita will be consolidating two nearby locations into this new space which is currently under renovation.
Procter & Gamble Distributing leased 6,678 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Armada Hoffler Tower located at 222 Central Park Ave. in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Valkyrie leased 6,480 square feet of office space located at 2602 Hoover Ave. in National City, California. Vivian Turok and Mary McGovern represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Original Mattress Factory leased 3,300 square feet of retail space in Yoder Plaza Shopping Center located at 12120 Jefferson Ave. in Newport News, Va. Erica Rorrer represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Ford Richardson leased 3,191 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed One Columbus Center located at 283 Constitution Ave. in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
SunTrust Bank leased 2,680 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Victory Crossing shopping center located at 4006-A Victory Blvd. in Portsmouth. George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Victory Crossing include: Farm Fresh, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Dollar Tree, and a Virginia ABC store.
Inter-Op.Net leased 2,500 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed One Columbus Center located at 283 Constitution Ave. in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The tenant is relocating and expanding its premises in One Columbus Center from the Town Center Office Suites to a new long-term space.
Apogee Consulting Group leased 1,712 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed One Columbus Center located at 283 Constitution Ave. in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Michael Divaris, Vivian Turok and Krista Costa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Estilo Latino Unisex leased 480 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Diamond Springs North shopping center located at 1948 Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach. George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The hair salon joins Dollar General, Little Creek Service Center, National Auto Care and Jamaica Inn Sports Pub in Diamond Springs North.

Landmark Hotel Group renewed its lease for 3,413 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Block Three office building located at 249 Central Park Ave. in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Michael Divaris and Vivian Turok represented the landlord, while Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Famous Uncle Al’s renewed its lease for 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Crossways Shopping Center located at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake, Va. Dave Redmond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Tenants in Crossways Shopping Center include: Ross Dress for Less, DSW, T.J. Maxx, ULTA Beauty, Marshalls, Value City Furniture, Kirklands, Michaels, Panera Bread and The Vitamin Shoppe.
