Divaris Real Estate’s Hampton Roads Office Completes 13 Transactions Totaling 94,078 Square Feet

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of 13 transactions totaling 94,078 square feet of new and renewed commercial space throughout the greater Hampton Roads market.

Sale Transaction

114 North Main Street, Suffolk, Virginia

Justin T. Bush purchased Main Street Center, the 16,340-square-foot medical office building located at 114 North Main Street in Suffolk, Va, from North Main Street, LLC for $1,100,000. George Fox represented the seller in the transaction. The two-story office building is anchored by Sentara.

Lease Transactions

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet leased 32,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Ahoskie Commons located 1474 Memorial Drive in Ahoskie, North Carolina. George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Ahoskie Commons include: Belk, Food Lion, Tractor Supply, Cato Fashions, Subway, H&R Block, US Cellular and Hwy 55 Burgers.

Binn’s Fashion Shop leased 10,802 square feet of retail space in WindsorMeade Marketplace located at 4900 Monticello Avenue in Williamsburg, Va. Missy Martinovich represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Kingdom Transformation Ministries leased 7,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Newport Crossing Shopping Center located at 439 Oriana Road in Newport News, Va. George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the shopping center include: Food Lion, CitiTrends, Dollar Tree, and Riverside Health.

Traffic Brewing Company leased 5,152 square feet of street retail space in the Divaris-leased 9 South Mallory Street in Hampton, Va. Missy Martinovich represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

757 Life Church leased 4,272 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Southport Trade Center located at 349 Southport Circle in Virginia Beach. Elizabeth Napolitano and Vivian Turok represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

CycleBar leased 3,500 square feet of retail space in Hilltop North Shopping Center located at 1620 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach. Elizabeth Napolitano and Sezin Cortinas represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. This is the second CycleBar studio in Virginia Beach where Napolitano and Cortinas have represented the tenant in securing the location.

Humana MarketPOINT leased 3,481 square feet of office space in JANAF Shopping Yard located at 5802 East Virginia Beach Boulevard in Norfolk, Va. Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Chick N Roll leased 1,920 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Elmhurst Square located at 5660 Portsmouth Boulevard in Portsmouth, Va. George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the Food Lion-anchored Elmhurst Square include: Anytime Fitness, Eastside Pizza, Subway, Liberty Tax and Metro PCS.

Fancy Nail Salon leased 1,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Victory Center located at 190 Arthur Way in Newport News. George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Victory Center include: GNC, Hair Cuttery, My Gym and Mariner Finance.

Lease Renewals

Oppenheimer renewed its lease for 4,598 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Town Center of Virginia Beach located at 205 Town Center Drive. Krista Costa, Michael Divaris and Vivian Turok represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company renewed its lease for 2,213 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Beach Municipal Federal Credit Union located at 4164 Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach. Chris Bendit represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Maxx Cuts renewed its lease for 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Salem Crossing located at 2029 South Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Levi Thomson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Salem Crossing include: Walmart, Kroger Training Center, Sky Zone, Cato, Sally’s Beauty and GameStop.
