Valkyrie Enterprises leased 8,130 square feet of office space located at 390 Camarillo Ranch Road in Camarillo, California. Maria Hammerson, Vivian Turok and Mary McGovern represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Boost Mobile leased 1,800 square feet of retail space in the Ocean View Shopping Center located at 167 West Ocean View in Norfolk, Virginia. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Cheers Cut leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fairfield Shopping Center located at 5242 Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations with the Taiwanese chicken and seafood restaurant. Other tenants in Fairfield Shopping Center include: Food Lion, T.J.Maxx, Taylors Do-It Center, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, AT&T, Hardee’s, SunTrust, Starbucks, and Dominos.
