AH Environmental leased 2,677 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Southport Centre located at 4525 South Boulevard in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the tenant while Elizabeth Paasch and Chris Bendit represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
EA Engineering, Science and Technology leased 2,079 square feet of office space in the Fulton Bank building located at 4429 Bonney Road in Virginia Beach. Krista Costa and Katherine Olson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Commonwealth for the Greater Good leased 1,806 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed One Columbus Center in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Sezin Cortinas, Gerald Divaris and Erica Rorrer represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Newport News Tobacco & Vape leased 1,050 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Oyster Point Plaza located at 324 Oyster Point Road in Newport News, Va. George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Oyster Point Plaza is a Food Lion-anchored center with tenants that include: Starbucks, Bonefish Grill, Subways, State Farm, Edible Arrangements and Sherwin Williams.
P-Town Tobacco leased 680 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Elmhurst Square shopping center located at 5660 Portsmouth Boulevard in Portsmouth, Va. George Fox and Kris Fuller represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Elmhurst Square shopping center is anchored by Food Lion, with other tenants that include: Anytime Fitness, Metro PCS, Liberty Tax Service and North Star Credit Union.
Emersons Fine Gifts and Tobacco renewed its lease for 2,437 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Crossways Shopping Center located at 1412 Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake, Va. Dave Redmond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Tenants in Crossways Shopping Center include: Ross Dress for Less, DSW, T.J. Maxx, ULTA Beauty, Marshalls, Value City Furniture, Kirklands, Michaels, Panera Bread and The Vitamin Shoppe.
Willcox & Savage, PC renewed its lease for 1,138 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and managed Armada Hoffler Tower located at 222 Central Park Avenue in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Krista Costa, Vivian Turok and Michael Divaris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
