Hilltop Medical, LLC purchased the 18,000-square-foot Hilltop Medical Center located at 1788 Republic Road in Virginia Beach from Republic Road, LC for $3.15 million. George Fox represented the buyer, while Jason Oliver and Vivian Turok represented the seller in the negotiations.
Juicy Seafood leased 5,800 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Victory Crossing located at 4006-A Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth, Va. George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations for the former Chinese buffet space. Other tenants in Victory Crossing include: Farm Fresh, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Dollar Tree, Virginia ABC and SunTrust bank.
Relax the Feet leased 1,800 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fairfield Shopping Center located at 5242 Fairfield Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. Kristopher Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Relax the Feet is relocating its premises within the center to expand from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet. Fairfield Shopping Center is anchored by Food Lion, with other tenants that include T.J. Maxx, Rite Aid, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Starbuck’s and Verizon.
Ageless Skin Rejuvenation leased 1,612 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Landstown Commons located at 3352 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach. Levi Thomson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Landstown Commons is anchored by Kohl’s, Best Buy, Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond, Petsmart, A.C. Moore, Books A Million, and Office Max. Other tenants include: Starbucks, Carter’s, Lane Bryant, Rack Room Shoes, Buffalo Wild Wings, Hallmark, Massage Envy, AT&T, Longhorn Steakhouse, ULTA, Walgreens, Phoenix Salon and Kirklands.
Dajjona’s Blessing hair salon leased 1,000 square feet of retail space in Aberdeen Professional Center located at 1610 Aberdeen Road in Hampton, Va. Aeri Jai and Mary McGovern represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Chesapeake Bay Management renewed its lease for 6,043 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Union Bank Building located at 603 Pilot House Drive in Newport News, Va. Karen Beale, SIOR, represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Omni Financial renewed its original lease of 1,440 square feet and expanded its space by 750 square feet for a total of 2,190 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed West Little Creek Shoppes located at 129-143 West Little Creek Road in Norfolk. Kristopher Fuller and George Fox represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the shopping center include SunTrust bank and Miracle Ear.
