VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE) announces the completion of six transactions totaling 20,039 square feet of sold, leased and renewed commercial space throughout Hampton Roads.

Lease Transactions

Tesla leased 9,580 square feet of retail space located at 573 Central Drive in Virginia Beach. Levi Thomson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Old Point National Bank leased 2,279 square feet of office space in Liberty One located at 1305 Executive Blvd. in Chesapeake, Va. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

AccuPoint Diagnostics leased 1,071 square feet of office space located at 1001 Scenic Parkway in Chesapeake. Krista Costa and Nicole Campbell represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Sale Transaction

Phoebus Group 2 LLC purchased .04 acres of land located at 5 East Mellen St. in Hampton, Va from William and Ginger Spallina for $17,900. Missy Martinovich represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.

Lease Renewals

Just Floored renewed its lease for 6,989 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed historic former army base Fort Monroe, Building 261 located at 363 Fenwick Road in Fort Monroe, Va. Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The 565-acre National Historic Landmark District is being leased by DRE and managed by Divaris’ affiliate Old Point Comfort Real Estate Services, LLC.

Senator Tim Kaine renewed his lease for 1,120 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Armada Hoffler Tower located at 222 Central Park Avenue in the Town Center of Virginia Beach. Erica Rorrer, Gerald Divaris and Sezin Cortinas represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
