Divaris Real Estate’s Richmond Office Completes Eight Transactions Totaling 26,551 Square Feet

RICHMOND, VA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of eight transactions totaling 26,551 square feet of leased commercial space throughout central Virginia.

Lease Transactions

AdBel Business Center, Chesterfield, Va

AdBel Business Center, Chesterfield, Va

Motion Industries leased 15,400 square feet of industrial space in the AdBel Business Center located at 8801-8899 Whitepine Road in Chesterfield, Va.  Brett McNamee and Eric Hammond represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Roy Jorgenson Associates leased 3,300 square feet of office/warehouse space in the Divaris-leased property located at 80 LaBrook Concourse in Richmond.  John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

BurgerIM leased 1,606 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Winterfield Crossing located at 6709 Lake Harbour Drive in Midlothian, Va.  Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Urban Baby Beginnings leased 1,600 square feet of office space located at 211 North 18th Street in Richmond.  Eric Hammond and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Pita Pit leased 898 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased property located at 805 West Cary Street in Richmond.  Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Hungry Heart leased 850 square feet of retail space located at 812 North Robinson Street in Richmond.  Brett McNamee and Laikyn Severson represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

PAL Painting and Construction Services leased 815 square feet of office space located at 5935 Hopkins Road in Richmond.  Eric Hammond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Lease Renewal

9 Par renewed its lease for 2,082 square feet in the Divaris-managed 360 West Shopping Center located at 7102 East Hull Street Road in Richmond.  Sara Goodall and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  Other tenants in 360 West include Dollar General, AutoZone, Rite Aid, Subway and Boost Mobile.
