Divaris Real Estate’s Richmond Office Completes Eight Transactions Totaling 27,928 Square Feet

RICHMOND, VA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of eight transactions totaling 27,928 square feet of commercial space in the central and southwestern Virginia markets.

Sales Transaction

High Summit Partners, LLC purchased a 16,376-square-foot commercial property, located at 1200-1209 Westover Hills Boulevard in Richmond from Joginder P. Jassal for $1,411,500. The two-unit strip center is anchored by Family Dollar.  John Madures and Eric Hammond represented the seller in the transaction.

Lease Transactions

Michael E. Krone, DDS, PLLC leased 2,190 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Cloverhill Medical Center located at 13841 Hull Street Road in Chesterfield, Va. Eric Hammond, Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the medical office building include: Trawick Family Dentistry, Swift Creek Eye Center, Tyson Anderson Family Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics of VA, and Edward Jones.

Solidcore NOVA leased 1,934 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased GreenGate located at West Broad Street, Building E in Richmond. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord in lease negotiations.

Hatton Associates leased 1,654 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property at 1507 Huguenot Road in Midlothian, Va. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

BoostMobile leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in Midlothian Crossing located at 8527 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

Joyner Law, PLLC leased 1,574 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property located at 16 South 2nd Street in Richmond. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

uBREAKiFIX leased 1,400 square feet of retail space in the Short Pump Corner Shopping Center located at 11571 West Broad Street in Richmond. Harrison Hall and Peter Vick represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Mochicko Cville leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased 5th Street Station located at 5th Street in Charlottesville, Va. Larry Agnew represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
