RICHMOND, VA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of seven transactions totaling 15,577 square feet of retail and office space in the greater Richmond area.

Sale Transactions

Nahill, LLC purchased a 4,230-square-foot office building located at 314 Exchange Alley in Petersburg, Va. From Gilery W. and Carolyn Entzminger for $280,000. John Madures represented the buyer in the transaction.

Hook Properties, LLC purchased a 3,000-square-foot warehouse located at 3000 West Clay St. in Richmond from Three Thousand West Clay Street, LLC for $750,000. Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented the buyer in the transaction. Capital Square 1031 is acquiring the tract and the adjacent 3008 West Clay St. for the construction of a five-story mixed-use building with 50 apartments.

Lease Transactions

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of NC leased 2,530 square feet of office space in the Waterfront Plaza located at 4401 Waterfront Drive in Glen Allen, Va. Eric Hammond represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Domoishi leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in the Shops at the Arboretum located at 9101 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, Va. Aeri Jai represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Domoishi has 13 signed locations as of today and five more expected by the end of the year. Aeri Jai is master broker for Domoishi throughout the country.

Village Market leased 1,764 square feet of retail space located at 809-11 West Cary St. in Richmond. The Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

D&S Multiservices leased 1,038 square feet of retail space in Meadowbrook Shopping Center located at 5742 Hopkins Road in Richmond. Eric Hammond represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

BRANOpac USA leased 1,015 square feet of office space located at 5300 Hickory Park Drive in Glen Allen. Eric Hammond and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
