RICHMOND, VA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of seven transactions totaling 84,331 square feet of commercial space in the central and southwestern Virginia markets.
Spirit Halloween Superstores leased 40,002 square feet of retail space in the former Michael’s store at Town Square shopping center located at 1357 Town Square Boulevard in Roanoke, Va. Sam McCoy represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Big Lots Stores leased 36,912 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Oxbridge Square Shopping Center located at 10001 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Sara Goodall, Cheryle Toy and Read Goode represented the landlord in lease negotiations. Other tenants in Oxbridge Square include: Subway, Great Clips, Virginia ABC, Starbucks and Youfit.
Alsamir Family Dentistry leased 2,500 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Cloverhill Medical Center located at 13841 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Eric Hammond, Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the medical office building include: Trawick Family Dentistry, Swift Creek Eye Center, Tyson Anderson Family Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics of VA, and Edward Jones.
Thriveworks Ashland leased 2,267 square feet and Offit|Kurman leased 393 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property located at 201 North Washington Highway in Ashland, Virginia. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord. Other tenants in the property include: Sona Bank, H&R Block and Edward Jones.
Coalson Enterprises Corporation leased 1,150 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased property located at 9800 Jeb Stuart Parkway in Glen Allen, Va. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Brightstar Care of East Richmond leased 1,107 square feet of office space in the Clocktower Building located at 7443 Lee Davis Road in Mechanicsville, Va. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
