Rack Room Shoes renewed its lease for 5,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Waynesboro Town Center located at 740 Town Center Drive in Waynesboro, Va. Ali McCrickard, Brett McNamee and Laikyn Severson represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Waynesboro Town Center include: Ross Dress for Less, Michael’s, PetSmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bath & Body Works, LOFT and America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses
Courtesy Home Buyers leased 1,639 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Seventh & Franklin Building located at 701 East Franklin St. in Richmond. Ali McCrickard, Laikyn Severson and Brett McNamee represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
