TYSONS CORNER, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of four transactions for leased retail properties in the metropolitan Washington, DC region, totaling 10,759 square feet.
1249 Bladensburg, LLC purchased a 3,459-square-foot retail property located at 3220 Old Lee Highway in Fairfax, Virginia from Roger Dodger II, LLC for $875,000. Rob Gray, Joe Farina and Tony Thur brokered the sale on behalf of the seller.
Shoe Trends leased 4,500 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Marlow Heights Shopping Center located at 4005 Branch Avenue in Temple Hills, Maryland. Joe Farina and Chris Saa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Marlow Heights is anchored by Macy’s, Giant and Dollar Tree. Other tenants in the shopping center include Advance Auto Parts, Catherines, Marlow 6 Theater and Sports Zone.
Stem Tree Learning leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in The Heights at Goose Creek located at Sycolin Road Building 3 in Ashburn, Va. Rob Gray and Tony Thur represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
Kavacha Hair Salon leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased freestanding retail property located at 5600 Ager Road in Hyattsville, Md. Joe Farina and Amit Grover represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
