VRE Walkersville, LLC purchased a one-acre property located at 8411 Woodsboro Pike in Walkersville, Md from Mohammad Reza Emam and Atiyeh Emam for $1,250,000. Rob Gray brokered the sale on behalf of the sellers. The buyer, Southlake, Texas-based Verdad Real Estate, is a preferred 7-Eleven gas and convenience store developer in Northern Maryland. VRE specializes in single-tenant retail development.
The site is across the intersection from a Sheetz convenience store, on a pad outside of Discovery Crossing shopping center.
