Divaris Real Estate’s Washington DC Office Negotiates Renewal in Manassas’ Parkridge

TYSONS CORNER, VIRGINIA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following lease renewal in Manassas, Virginia, totaling 36,470 square feet of retail space.

BedBathBeyond2Bed Bath & Beyond renewed its lease for 36,470 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Parkridge Shopping Center located at 11060 Bulloch Drive in Manassas. DRE’s Joseph Farina and Gerald Divaris represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Park Ridge include: Regal Cinema, Kohl’s, Duluth Trading Co, Cacique/Lane Bryant, Old Navy and Famous Footwear.
