Virginia Beach, Virginia: Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the renewal of two leases at Willow Oaks Village Square Shopping Center in Hampton, Va., totaling approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space. The transactions were handled on behalf of the landlord, Willow Oaks Associates, by Eric Bucklew, Vice President in the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc.
The City of Hampton renewed their lease for 7,778 square feet and Virginia ABC is renewed 3,300 square feet in the Divaris-leased shopping center. Willow Oaks, which is located at 227 Fox Hill Road, also includes a Farm Fresh, Rite Aid, Peebles, Bank of America, Crestar Bank, McDonald’s and Burger King.
