Brett McNamee, senior vice president in the Richmond office of DRE, represented the landlord, Forest City Enterprises, in the transaction.
Fuel Creative, a full-service marketing agency, renewed its lease for 3,122 square feet of office space. Other tenants in the American Cigar Building include Bookbinders Restaurant, Schittene & Nyugyen Law Firm and Haiku Restaurant.
