Divaris Renews Two Restaurant Leases for Space in Hampton Roads

Virginia Beach, Virginia:  Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the renewal of two leases for restaurant space in Divaris-leased centers.

Sonoma Wine Bar & Bistro signed a lease renewing its 3,833-square-foot space at 189 Central Park Avenue in The Town Center of Virginia Beach. The Divaris retail team represented the landlord, Armada Hoffler Properties, in the lease negotiations. The 17-city blocks of the Town Center of Virginia Beach are managed by Divaris Property Management Corp.

Good Fortune Restaurant renewed its lease for 2,050 square feet of retail space in Willow Oaks Village Square Shopping Center located at 225 Fox Hill Road in Hampton, Virginia. Eric Bucklew, vice president of the Virginia Beach office of DRE, represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Willow Oaks Village Square include Farm Fresh, Rite Aid, Peebles, Bank of America, Crestar Bank, McDonald’s and Burger King.
