RICHMOND, VA: Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of three transactions totaling 6,982 square feet of new and renewed commercial space in the metropolitan Richmond, Virginia market.
Wash Up Cleaners and Laundry leased 2,840 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed 360 West Shopping Center located at 7212 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Sara Goodall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other Tenants in 360 West include: Rite Aid, Dollar General, Auto Zone, Jackson Hewitt and Tops China.
Howard Varner and Elizabeth Perry-Varner leased 1,299 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9327 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Eric Hammond, John Madures and Dean Foster handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord. The counseling practice joins US Financial Group, Ali Medical Transport and Hospital Couriers Corp. in Fountain Park.
Heron Creek Advisors renewed its lease for 2,843 square feet of office space in Capstone Office Building located at 7100 Forest Avenue in Richmond. Harrison Hall and Peter Vick represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
