Divaris Sells Former Kmart in Laurel, Mississippi

Laurel, Mississippi:  Sanford Cohen, Chief Operating Officer of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the sale of the 7.58 acre, freestanding former Kmart store located at 2139 Highway 15 North in Laurel, Mississippi to David C. Maguire, II.

The sale was negotiated on behalf of the seller, New York Life Investment Management  by Phillip Shumny of the Atlanta, Georgia office of Divaris Real Estate.   The buyer was represented by Coffin & Love Properties.
