VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and chief executive officer of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the completion of three leases in Hampton Roads totaling 5,727 square feet of retail space.
Bangkok Garden leased 2,209 square feet in the Divaris-leased and –managed Salem Crossing Shopping Center, located at 2029 South Lynnhaven Parkway, in Virginia Beach. Lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the landlord, Elias Properties Salem Crossing, by Levi Thomson of DRE’s Virginia Beach office. Bangkok Garden specializes in traditional Thai cuisine; this will be the restaurant’s sixth location.
Pharmacy Innovations leased 1,800 square feet of retail space in Thalia Collins Square Shopping Center, located at 4001 Virginia Beach Blvd., in Virginia Beach. Lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the tenant by Melinda Pezzella of DRE’s Virginia Beach office. Pharmacy Innovations is dedicated to promoting wellness, obtaining and sustaining optimal health, and meeting the needs of the community through individualized and customized pharmacy care.
Westview Financial Services leased 1,718 square feet of retail space at Chesapeake Square Shoppes, located at 4105 Chesapeake Square Blvd., in Chesapeake. The lease negotiations were handled on behalf of the tenant by Chris Bendit, of DRE’s Virginia Beach office. Westview is a community-based lending company designed specifically for small-loan financial needs.
