VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the signing of three leases totaling 9,400 square feet of retail space in the Hampton Roads region of southeast Virginia.
Furniture Liquidators, Inc. leased 6,100 square feet of Divaris-leased and –managed retail space located at 6109 East Virginia Beach Boulevard in Norfolk, Virginia. David Redmond of the Virginia Beach office of Divaris represented the landlord, Shepherd Investment, LLC in the lease negotiations with the home furnishings and bedding retailer.
SO Simple Salons leased 1,800 square feet in College-Parkway Crossing, located at 6546 Hampton Roads Parkway in Suffolk, Virginia. The lease was handled for the landlord, CTR Associates, LLP, by Levi Thomson and Melinda Pezzella of the Virginia Beach office of Divaris. The multi-ethnic hair salon joins Food Lion in the Divaris-leased and –managed College Parkway Crossing.
Pizza Hut renewed its lease for 1,500 square feet in the Divaris-managed and –leased Glenwood Shoppes located at 8401 Hampton Boulevard in Norfolk, Virginia. Food Lion and Dollar General anchor Glenwood Shoppes, which is situated at the entrance to the world’s largest naval base, Naval Station Norfolk.
