(DRE), announced the signing of two leases for new tenants in the Divaris-leased Warrenton Towne Center, located at 581 Frost Avenue in Warrenton, Virginia. The leases were handled on behalf of the landlord, Kalis Holdings, LLC, by Brandon Howard of the Washington D.C. regional office of Divaris Real Estate.
Regis Corporation leased 2,502 square feet of retail space in Warrenton Towne Center. The beauty salon corporation owns, franchises or holds ownership interest in 9,763 locations worldwide. It joins co-tenants Food Lion, CBS, Gold’s Gym, Tuesday Morning, Dollar General, Country Cookin’, Jackson Hewitt, and Habitat for Humanity ReStore.
Tagaloo signed a lease for 1,391 square feet of retail space in Warrenton Towne Center. The business has been operating for 11 years as Warrenton’s premier social, interactive and unique destination for creative minds. In addition to events, camps and whimsical parties, classes are offered at Tagaloo including: creative art; etiquette; jewelry making; laughing yoga; nutrition; photography; scrapbooking and sewing.
