DPMC Appointed to Lease and Manage Grande Promenade in Charlotte, N.C.

Charlotte, North Carolina:  Diana Teitsma, Director of the Charlotte office of Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), announced the appointment of Divaris Property Management Corporation (DPMC) to lease and manage Grande Promenade, a 202,741-square-foot shopping center located at 230 East WT Harris Boulevard in Charlotte, N.C. The retail property is owned by USA Grande Promenade, LLC.

Tenants of the Grande Promenade include:  The Melting Pot, Alltel, IHOP, CitiFinancial, FedEx/Kinko’s, Quiznos, SprintCom, Picasso’s Sports Cafe, Jos. A. Banks Clothier, Total Wine and many more.

Teresa Cauble, property manager for DPMC’s Charlotte, N.C. office, will be handling the management of Grande Promenade. She is responsible for managing over 400,000 square feet of retail space throughout the Carolinas.

Eric Gibson, of Divaris Real Estate (DRE)’s Charlotte, N.C. office, has been assigned the leasing of the shopping center.
