DPMC Appointed to Manage Freedom Plaza in Suffolk

Suffolk, Virginia:  Susan Collins, director of Divaris Property Management Corp. (DPMC), announced the appointment of DPMC to manage Freedom Plaza, a new 20,000-square-foot shopping center located at the intersection of Godwin Boulevard and Burnett Way in Suffolk, Va.  The retail property is owned by NAFT Inc.

Tenants of the Divaris-leased shopping center include:  Sylvan Learning Center, CashAdvance Center, Nail and Tan Spa, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Denise Wollesen, of DPMC’s Newport News, Va. office, will be handling the management of Freedom Plaza.  She is currently responsible for a portfolio of 565,910 square feet of commercial property throughout Hampton Roads.

Jay Burnell and Levi Thomson, of Divaris Real Estate (DRE)’s Virginia Beach, Va. office, are handling the leasing of the shopping center.
