Tampa, Florida: Gerald S. Divaris, Chairman/CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., announced the signing of three leases totaling 25,924 square feet in the Divaris leased and managed email@example.com in Tampa, Florida. Henry McClure, of DRE’s Tampa office, represented the Landlord, the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company, in the first two negotiations, and John Wingfield, DRE’s Senior Vice President handled the negotiations for the third.
The first lease was signed with The Temple Gym, for 11,200 square feet. The Temple Gym is a newly formed corporation with several locations throughout the Bay area. The health club will be available to employees of firstname.lastname@example.org, as well as to visitors of to complex. The club’s features include an aerobics room, weight training room, free weights, cardiovascular enhancing exercise equipment, a running/walking trail within the park’s perimeter, and a Vitamin Bar which will provide members with nutritional drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. The gym also offers members a pro shop which sells fitness apparel, nutrition supplements, equipment and health and fitness books.
The second lease was signed with WFS Financial, Inc. for 7,500 square feet. WFS is a federally chartered and insured savings and loan company with assets of $4.3 billion (as of September 30, 1999). Headquartered in Irvine, California, WFS is a principal subsidiary of Westcorp. They offer a wider range of depository, investment, commercial banking, equity and other lending programs in 25 offices located throughout California.
The third lease was signed with the Hillsborough County Building Services Department for 7,224 square feet. The department will be providing a satellite office for subcontractors and other various trades to obtain specialty permits. This office also provides a wide range of other governmental required services and documents pertaining to building construction.
