(DRE), announced the signing of a lease with EMC Corporation for 8,932 square feet of office space at WestMark, located at 11013 West Broad Street in Richmond, VA. The lease was handled on behalf of the tenant by Brett McNamee, senior vice president in the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate.
