Dona has been with Divaris for over 25 years. She is responsible for directing all market research and public and media relations for all of the offices of the Divaris Group. Using complex demographic and mapping software, her market research has assisted several expanding local, regional and national retail tenants in their selection of new sites throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

Dona’s prior experience includes Marketing Associate for Rich Products Corporation in Buffalo, New York, where she was responsible for the production of Bakery and Deli Sales and Marketing Division’s quarterly newsletter, in addition to preparing articles for Rich’s corporate newsletter and creating original illustrations for product packaging and presentations. Dona is also a former Public Relations Coordinator for The McLaughlin Group, Ltd. in Buffalo, where her duties included writing news releases and coordinating media coverage for special events for retail and corporate clients. Additionally, she wrote healthcare newsletters, corporate brochures and multi-media advertisements for clients, including commercial real estate firms and local economic development agencies. Her other prior experience includes Public Affairs Assistant for National Fuel Gas Company, also in Buffalo, where she was responsible for the research, copywriting, and design of consumer assistance brochures reaching the seven-county market of Western New York.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Public Communications, with a minor in Art History, from State University of New York, College of Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. Dona graduated with Cum Laude honors.

Special events for which she assisted in the development and coordination, include The Great Buffalo Murder Mystery Challenge to benefit the charity “Kids Escaping Drugs.” Also participated in the Guinness Book of Records successful attempt to break the number of most MINI Coopers in a convoy in Virginia Beach in July, 2007.
